TOS

✦ English isn't my first language, so please write more clearly
✦ I can reject your order if I can not do it for one reason or another
✦ If sketch aligns with the form but you want major sketch changes that weren’t mentioned there, I may charge an extra fee
✦ I always leave my signature on the art, except arts with commercial rights

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

✦ Commercial rights +100% of the total commission price
✧ Commercial rights grant you the ability to reproduce the image on merchandise (pillows, mugs, and mouse pads and etc.)
✧ You may use the image as a banner without commercial rights, but I retain my signature on the artwork

PAYMENT TERMS

✦ Payment via PayPal
✦ Refunds are not offered
✦ Full private commission + 30% of the total commission price
✦ +20% for animation cuts of the total commission price✦ Full payment upfront is required before I begin any work
✦ Exception: For Illustration 1 & 2, a 50 € deposit is required to start sketching. The remaining balance must be paid after sketch approval
✦ Payment plans are available upon request✧Work will only commence after payment is confirmed

DEADLINE

✦ I’ll send the sketch 1–2 weeks after the deposit is received
(Commercial rights include an extra 2–3 sketch to choose from)
✦ Final artwork will be completed within one month after sketch approval and full paymentPlease note: Work-in-progress previews are not part of my standard workflow. If required, advance notification is necessary, but be aware that this may significantly slow down progress✧Deadlines are subject to adjustment in case of unforeseen events. I’ll notify you about any possible delays
